I have years of training and experience and can offer psychodynamic and psychoanalytic treatments, crisis intervention, CBT, family & couples therapy. I specialize in treatment of personality disorders using Transference Focused Psychotherapy and Mentalization- Based treatments, often combined with elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Through psychotherapeutic treatments, many patients are able to get symptom relief and recover back to optimal living.

Many patients need medication to recover from genetic or biological conditions which may be driving or contributing to their illness. Often psychotherapy and medications can be combined for maximum effect. I use the latest evidence available when prescribing for any patient who may benefit from combining psychotherapy with medication treatment.

Psychotherapy and psychopharmacology can be delivered in online sessions using ZOOM, or can be in delivered in person. If you live in New York, Colorado, or Texas, services will be virtual. If you live in Connecticut, sessions will, can be in-person, virtual or a combination of both.
